Is there any help for in home care from medicare

In general, no, Medicare does not pay for home care assistance. However, there is a “special needs” provision that can help if you qualify.

Click on the above link to get to the Alzheimer’s Association web page about home care, then scroll down to the section on “Costs” where you will see a description of the special needs.
