65 yr old brother recently diagnosed
Wears hearing aids, reads lips, knows sign
His delays are that it takes him longer to process things, not good with finances. He is a machinist, still works and lives alone. He has functioned well all his life (with some assistance with finances) until diagnosed last June. We have been told by neuro that he will probably need assisted living placement in the next 3 to 6 months.
