How about something like: he needs constant, professional medical attention which you cannot provide at home. For his safety and comfort, it is critical that he be somewhere where he can get the support he needs.
My husband was put on Seroquel. Generic is Quetiapine. He was taken off all others that dealt with his issues (before we knew, and after he was seen by a neuro psych doc). This has helped him very much. Every case is different, so check with your doctor. You are in my prayers.
