Not mad cow because that is from a virus that is found in meat . The effects are similar at the end but not the same . We used to refer to people being senile and it was robsbly Alzheimer’s. Not close at all. They both affect the brain but mad cow changes the proteins in the brain . Alzheimer’s is caused by amaloid plaque on the neurons in the brain
