If you have another bedroom that you can sleep in, that would be my recommendation. A Caregiver can't function well without proper sleep, and there's a point in the progression where that's the best way for you to sleep.

My husband’s doc said for him to take Melatonin 5 mg before bed. That has made his sleep activity much less difficult.

Please ask his doc about melatonin. It makes a huge difference for us.

Both husband and myself take melatonin at night...husband has had insomnia always...also TV off 11pm...blue light from TV isn't good.
