I do crossword type games. And I like to have a routine to do no matter how small. It keeps me feeling valuable somehow.
Bob used to do one every. day. Trying to get back to doing one. Will see.
I love word searches but haven't been doing them...actually forgot about them. I started solitare a few months ago and try to play it daily a little bit. I just added an app for crossword searches to my phone, so will see how that goes.

My son (TBI+Vascular Dementia) recently started doing word search puzzles and is enjoying them. I'm so glad he is, because as I explained to him, it's all about flexible thinking: being able to "see" things whether they're up OR down, or pointing to the right OR left OR diagonally. (I like them, too.) My husband doesn't do them, but I keep trying to persuade him to give them a try!
