Everything I read describes a diet low in fatty meat, particularly red meat. Lean meat, lots of fruit, vegetables, and healthy whole grains. Sugar is not good. If you exercise regularly all this can't help but serve you well.

Read about KETO diet, there are claims it helps to fight Alzheimer's. It boils down to not eating carbs and instead eat all the protein you can get.
