They then want to get up in middle of the night. Problem because I can’t sleep until later so I am not getting enough rest. Suggestion on how to handle this

My husband is like that.. He wakes up 3,4 times at night and I have to
assist him to change Depends
I go to bed 6:30 and get up 3:30 and enjoy my own time till he gets up around 6:30. I can not sleep through but I get used to that sleeping pattern and I am ok. He is in rehab facility and I can sleep through the night . It is very nice . Hope you can find the way to deal
with this matter.

Hubs goes to bed early, but gets up several times a night he says to take care of the dog. Fortunately he doesn’t wake me since I have to get up early for work. Unfortunately I have a needy teenage man child that keeps me up way too late.
