My husband was taking Seroquel initial dose for his delusion and agitation for about 8months , recently we increased the dose to double and twice a day instead of once a day . It is working well
so far.. he is in stage 6.

My mom was on Aricept and Memantine several years until recently. I didn’t notice much difference, but it may have slowed the progression. Stopped them after her last hospitalization as doctor didn’t think it was as effective any more.

Hubs has no dx and no meds. Everyone is different, but his progression and agitation appears to be much more evident than mom had.
