Partner, Alz.org (above link) is a good place to start reading about supportoptions. They have phone counselors who can help you with your insurance questions, also.
Partnerforlife First and foremost! Is your husband a veteran of any US Armed Forces Branch? I am a retiree of the US Army. So, I get most of my medications are absolutely free to me. Some medications can only be mailed to me. That includes a postage fee that I have to cover. Overall I don't mind the small fees being charged. I have been a patient at the Veterans Administration since I retired from the US Army in the summer of 1994. When you retire from the military all your medical and disability care goes to the VA as opposed you going to the local Dr. I have to admit that the VA can be a complicated place at times. Especially when a person first goes in one.
Well, good luck in your attempt to help your husband!
