Yes, we are using the depends briefs. Yes, he still goes to the bathroom but occasional misses and does not get wiped after BM so if I don't catch him going and help wipe - the Depends is there. I was getting tired of cleaning out his underwear!!! So glad he has accepted it. When don't go overnight much but when we do - mattress protector. He always needs reminder to wash his hands as well.

Sounds like my husband. I have to check the bathroom every time he uses it. Toilet seat and surrounding floors are often caked with bm smears. Reminding him doesn’t help. I’ve got a supply of Clorox wipes for these situations. Refuses to wear Depends.

Yes. We kept doing regular things so long as Jackie was able. We carried a change bag like you would for a baby. We didn’t do overnight get stays more because of stairs being a problem. Otherwise would just have packed matress protector, sheet and bed pads too.

My father had the same issues and it was his choice to stop attending family trips and visits to other houses. We would gather at my house so people can see him.

Mine wears depends finally. But he pees all over the toilet so I take wipes with me too.
