I’ve been having trouble sleeping for a while. Now after hearing My Pops fall and shriek Thursday night I can’t get that vision out of my mind. As soon as I close my eyes it continues to play over and over in my head bringing me to tears knowing I’m helpless. I literally have to read or watch tv until my eyes are heavy enough to stay closed. It’s really starting to affect my sleep schedule.

Try melatonin I have taken it in the past and it helps me to fall asleep but not feel foggy the next day.
Agree re melatonin...have taken the 10 mg dual release at about 1 hour before bed for yrs but if I'm feeling really stressed it seems to take longer to kick in.
