I feel that I'm in burnout mode. Haven't been to the gym in 3 wks. Tired when that alarm goes off at 5 am to go...so i don't. Body is out of whack and the inflammation is real. Do Any Of You Have Long Term Care Insurance, And If So, Do You Have Any Experience With The EB04 Form? My Ins. Carrier Is Asking For That?
My husband is on Hospice, but I will soon need to hire sitters on a regular basis, but I'm having a hard time activating the State Farm insurance that we are continuing to pay almost $2000 per year! They keep requesting "form EB04", which nobody has ever heard of! I'm so tired of trying to figure this out! Our hospice has sent them every possible form available.

Does Anyone Else’s LO Have Pain In Their Legs?
My husband has bad pain in his right leg when he walks. He grimaces and signs a lot, even when sitting. Sometimes I have to help him to the bathroom. Also, his foot swells and turns blue. I am going to call his doctor today but was wondering if anyone else’s LO has experienced this.
