Does ginkgo biloba help?
I can't say how it affects people with Alzheimer's but I have taken gingko biloba myself to improve my memory. It made me more paranoid and sensitive (I'm schizophrenic) so I stopped taking it.
Yes, scam.
We know the meds for alz doesn't work because that's the only thing they have right now. If the supplement is all natural no side effects don't see why it will harm. I will definitely check with his… read more

We still have not been able to see the 'memory care' team, and won't until mid November, and still don't have a formal diagnosis, just test results. I have been researching on my own, I have seen articles about using CBD and sometimes including THC and also low dose lithium which seems to have some ability to work on plaques and tau. My husband has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, early dementia, but is so confused and tired in the morning. He perks up around noon after lunch and by evening is doing "well". In the morning he may ask "what's happening to me?" or say he feels lost. I guess since he's diagnosed as "early dementia", then I'm confused with these symptoms. He has been taking Aricept and Namenda.
Anyone from UK here that knows legal stuff re our house ? Daughter & I have POA & are wondering if I could sell our home (putting Husbands half into his care )
My husband still hadn't put the switches up. I'm not electronically trained to do this. We had bought some dusk to dawn night lights. My dad did something with them. Haven't found them or his light good jacket that he put somewhere.
I have been giving him 10 mg of melatonin. Apparently my husband just told me it's not working! All this week, I thought it was working. So much for communications! It was my husband's ideal to bring my dad to our house. Now he seems totally against it… read more
