Thanks for your response. My wife has misplaced, cash, wallet, ID and her purses, and can't be found by me and of course her because she never misplaces anything, she said. She took the trackers off her purse, can't find those of course, so I just let her complain about not finding stuff. She taken all her clothes and put them in baskets in her closet and when she is outside, I try to go through the clothes basket as quick as I can ..but nothing to be found.

We used the Tile trackers. There is one that is a rubber strip about the size if a credit card. I put it in my husband's wallet. He didn't even know it was there.

• GPS-enabled watches or wristbands
• Tracking devices that can be placed in shoes
• Wearable pendants or necklaces

This sounds frustrating. For people in later stages of Alzheimer's, wearable devices that are harder to remove might be more effective than items placed in purses or pockets. Consider options like:

• GPS-enabled watches or wristbands
• Tracking devices that can be placed in shoes
• Wearable pendants or necklaces

These types of devices are specifically designed to be more secure while still maintaining dignity and comfort. Some helpful features to look for in these devices include:

• Real-time location updates
• SOS buttons for emergency contact
• Two-way communication capabilities
• Geofencing to set up safe zones around your home
• Automatic alerts if boundaries are crossed

Remember to discuss tracking device options with your healthcare provider to find the most appropriate solution for your specific situation.
