While swimming can be a wonderful activity, it's important to focus on activities that support brain health and overall wellbeing. Instead of seeking a fountain of youth, consider participating in community events like the Walk to End Alzheimer's, which offers meaningful ways to stay active and connected.

While swimming can be a wonderful activity, it's important to focus on activities that support brain health and overall wellbeing. Instead of seeking a fountain of youth, consider participating in community events like the Walk to End Alzheimer's, which offers meaningful ways to stay active and connected.

The Walk features a beautiful Promise Garden where you can select flowers representing your connection to Alzheimer's:
• Blue flowers - Living with Alzheimer's
• Purple flowers - Lost someone to Alzheimer's
• Yellow flowers - Caring for someone with Alzheimer's
• Orange flowers - Supporting the cause
• White flowers - Hope for a cure

These walks provide both physical activity and emotional support through connecting with others in the community.
