My father is in late stage alzheimer's. He is in long term skilled nursing facility. Has anyone gotten hospice assistance in this stage?

My husband is not yet at that stage but hospice assistance is available to your father now. It would be beneficial to have the extra hospice visits as most facilities are understaffed.
