Hi Cshore, if you go into most dispensaries, ask the clerk their recommendations. They will be very helpful! You definitely will want to get something CBD but also THC/ indica, CBN, CBG ingredients. One works with all the others🙏

I am a big believer of this. I started giving Jack gummies when he was still at home, and now I continue them while he is in the Nursing home. It has the calming effect w/out the the side effects from medication to worry about!. You can give them as much as needed. Good luck
