Sometimes, when you're looking at a question in the Q&A section, there are additional, older questions below it that DON'T have a box where you can answer -- BUT immediately under the first question, you will see "Related Content" on the left and on the right, you will see: "View All >"

Click on "View All >" and the questions will open up, with boxes where you can type in an answer.
