I love the daytime too and would not like living in the dark. Maybe each day you could move it an hour back, like daylight savings time and then soon it will be back to your normal. This has not happened to us, yet, so I am just making a suggestion that may or may not work. Good luck...

I would say little by little redirect your internal time clock. I try to keep on our same schedule for wake up and sleeping, napping too. It helps right now but who knows what it will be like tomorrow or in the future. Things change. Good luck with trying to organize your time so you can live life easier.

We live a easy life but I would love to have more daylight in ours instead of living our life so much in the dark like Dracula.
