melatonin really helps my wife. she does 8-10 hrs and it's wonderful

Sleep is very important for both you and your loved one. At some point taking a short nap helps but eight hours at night is the goal. Good luck

Yes, the owner of the company watching my dad said any sleep or naps they take resets and refreshes the body and it's good for them to sleep!
