Are The People With This Horrible Disease Not So Angry With Family And Act Out With Others?

I live a ways from my Dad. He had a caregiver coming 3 Xs a week. That stopped today. Apparently he got angry with the caregiver and she wouldn't do something for him. So he called his nephew. His nephew took him somewhere where he found check on the issue. My dad seems fine when I'm there.

Hi,
In my experience, it has been both, as they progress whoever doesnt aggree with them or provide what they think they want in that moment gets the anger in that moment. They also tend to not remember they were even angry at that person. Hope this helps.

I don’t know how to answer that. Thankfully my mom is “good” with her caregiver. Perhaps it is somehow a way to express “independence” and “control” as your dad fights this disease. It’s a hard journey for all.
