I’ve been my husband’s caregiver for the past six years. He didn’t want me to tell his diagnosis for the first four years. Since it was during Covid it wasn’t as difficult to honor his request for the first four years. Forty plus years of marriage and losing my best friend! He’s an educated hard working man that now is unable to make a decision. How can I deal with this grief and loss?
My husband did that, too, talked no -stop, though rarely making any sense, in the last part of his life.
I really don't know, trying to think about same thing. Altho Clyde is doing better, after the Cancer surgery it was horrible. He lost 40 lbs.. He's eating again, thank you GOD.. BUT TALKS NONE STOP 24 HRS A DAY IF HE'S NOT NAPPING.
