Yes. POA Living will and healthcare proxy. Very important. 🥰

I have already signed power of attorney and all assets are in my wife’s name. Nothing is in my name anymore … I was diagnosed 2 years ago.. EVERYONE with Alzheimer’s must take action right away with transferring all assets to your spouse

If there is not a lot of assets just bank account. The bank can put someone as benificiary. Only use eleder care Attourney for people who have a lot. I did go to a lawyer just to get POS. Healthcare proxy and living will. Hope it helps

You will need a Durable POA that covers the actions you need to take. Hospitals want a Living will in hand I believe to ensure the treatment is what the patient wanted. I don't think you need to be in court for the guardianship. It's not necessary. Banks and other companies don't put much stock in regular POA's. Blessings to you and to yours Alisa
