dbwalter2, my situation is the reverse of yours - my wife likes everything, even things she would not eat in the past. I try to not take advantage by feeding her food that she would find disgusting. However, I do give her nutritious foods that she would not eat in the past such as pork chops and whole kernal corn.

Wow. I guess this just proves that each case is different.

My mom started eating very little a few months ago nothing she usually use to eat she doesn't like anymore last month she started having trouble swallowing split foods she would cheek the food now she dri kd boost plus jello and yogurt or I blend her foods to make the. Like a smoothie. She just got out of the hospital with covid and the most I can get her to eat is a couple boosts and a jello and yogurt. Today she only took couple of sips and just wants to sleep isit her up and she sits there with her eyes closed so I put her back to bed. I'm having a very emotional day
