I just bought a Nova lightweight transport chair. Love it and it also will hold up to 300#. They have a regular size and the one I bought my husband is wider

This is not only a wheelchair but converts to a Walker, it's a very lightweight sold by Amazon.

I keep one and each of my SUVs, you never know when mom might need one.

The link will take you to a website that sells transport chairs made by Drive Medical Equipment. My wife has had one for about a year. It weighs 19 pounds and fits in the trunk of our Toyota RAV4 vehicle.

Hi! We use an ultralight transport chair in the house and a regular wheelchair for time spent outside. The transport chair is considered Durable Medical Equipment (so it is covered by medicare) and my Mom’s orthopedist ordered it for us at my request. I can lift it up with one hand, but it holds up to 300 pounds. You can also order one at various price points on Amazon. Hope this helps!❤️
