During Covid restrictions how do you communicate with staff at assisted living facility regarding the care of your loved one?

Hello guys, we communicate via phone and a few of the nurses call my mama using apps like duo or FaceTime where she can see my grandmother, I have also heard some of the nursing home facilities offer zoom. Maybe you can ask them if they can contact you using one of the apps. It helped us a lot to be able to just see my grandmother. Blessings

We contact the staff by phone, on occasion we may have to call several times, due to the staff being busy, but that is our only mode of contact.
