janelwessely is correct, talk with his Dr. Our primary care doctor could not help much with Alzheimer's patient, but geriatric doctor did prescribe Alprazolam (Xanax) .25MG last year. In the memory care community wife was anxious and confused when interacting with others; they added Divalproex (Depakote) .25MG, memory care said it is helping. Hope your neurologist will help; have a Good day.

I would talk with his Dr. Some folks use medications for such behaviors. You both need sleep so much. Maybe some will post for similar issues. I have liked having a nuerologist along with my husband's primary doctor.
