Any ideas on how to get my mother to sleep through the night. She gets up several times a night. Sometimes she wants something to eat other times she wants to ask a question about something she is worried about.
My husband took melatonin with no side effects
My husband took Seroquel for two years, 50 mg. @ noon and 100 at night and he took a nap in the afternoon and slept like a babe at night.

@A myALZteam Member my hubby wasn’t sleeping either and was taking mirtazapine also. I started giving him a dose of Melatonin and things changed. I was told you shouldn’t take Melatonin 7days straight so every week I choose one or two nights and he doesn’t get a dose.
She takes mirtazapine but doesnt keep her sleeping
