How Do I Deal With My Mum's False Beliefs?

I'm really struggling to deal with my mum's false beliefs, that my nephew, (her grandson) is constantly coming in her house, she believes he has a key cut, that he brings his friends in and eats all her food, she is terrified he is going to steal her cat, she barricades her doors and gets really angry when you try and tell her he has not been in the house, I'm at a loss as to what to say to her, if I agree with her I feel like I'm feeding her paranoia and if I disagree she gets really angry… read more

If not a UTI, get Dr to look at the meds andwhen she takes them.....

Honestly my mommas paranoia (extreme) came when we found out she had a very bad UTI. Not saying it is not part of the disease. They believe it is real and you need to let her know that you believe so they will continue to trust. If we argue with them it will only make it worst.
