I did self managed care and hired a company to provide all the staff : it's simple and great care AIDS
depending upon several you or your loved ones circumstances. for example if they are a veteran the VA should be able to provide you and your loved one support or who to contact for services needed. If not and your loved one is a senior citizen, your might want to see if your local senior center or council of the aging they might be able to help
I have found that there are a few agencies out there that do offer such services such as Angels.com, Care.com

Thank you all for the tips
I have an aid coming for my husband 2hrs a day twice a week. He will just shower him and spend the rest of the time visiting; it's more for me so I can have a little time to myself! He comes from the Visiting Nurses and I couldn't ask for a better companion. Hope it works out. Will keep posting with our journey!!
