My husband had been taking Seroquel at night and during the day, and I think it did make him more tired (he's always tired anyway, so sometimes hard to tell the difference.)
But, one day I accidentally took his daytime does instead of one of my pills, and I was very out of it for the entire day, so now I only give it to him at night.

My mother was on Seroquel day and night as it was a backup for the dementia medicines that eventually did not help anymore. She was less agitated.

I give my husband a1/2 of a trazadone at dinner time the bewitching hour and the other 1/2 at bedtime, so far so good!🤞🏽 He takes a sertraline in the am with his morning meds! He's always anxious!!!!
