It could be she is on to much meds that's what happened to my mum so the doc took her off some but the problem we have now is she is too awake and agitated so it looks like she will have to go back on some so I agree with Lynda let them sleep x

That's quite difficult hun. My Mum always slept a lot. Not so much in the early stages, but as time went on. She even started going to bed early. Much earlier. Unless anyone else has managed to keep their loved ones awake. I don't think there is anything. Sorry that's not very helpful at all. Sending you a hug .xx

I agree with Lynda - it's okay to let them sleep. Gives you time to yourself and refreshes her, unless she seems depressed, than perhaps medication is in order. I would evaluate the reasons for her sleeping then go with whatever seems to work/sam
