My spouse with Altzheimers has gotten into Pour Painting. He now has his work in an art shop. There are SO many people on Facebook doing this!! Hubby does 4 paintings a day and is having a blast!! As long as I keep him in paints and canvases he is incredibly happy and content!!! ( I’m not going to talk about the paint on our faucets, cabinets, patio, light switches, wood flooring)

I love doing Puzzles
I am start chair tai chi. Incredibly simple. But that's the point to have your mind connect to the smallest movement made.
My mom loves adult coloring books. Does your gym have any classes? They can make exercise more of a social activity. Does she like gardening? Listening to music? There are tons of ideas on the internet..
I also have Alzheimer's. I do jigsaw puzzles & word search books. You could pick up both items at the Dollar stores to see if she likes it. Then if she wants more of a challenge, you can buy ones that are more challenging.
