My mom before her diagnosis (and still is) will frequently accuse others of something. It is NEVER her fault. This morning she called and told me she went into her kitchen and the lights were off (my mom leaves these lights on 24/7 and for years has never turned them off). From experience, you really can't reason with them. They are in a totally different world of thinking . I couldn't tell my husband he had dementia. He was in disbelief and threatened to hit me if I said he had dementia one more time. As far as putting your LO in a facility, in some cases it's the right thing to do for both of you. Its heartbreaking for sure. Hugs to you. Its a very stressful situation.
It definitely tests your patience and it's hard cause you love them. It's like dealing with an adult toddler lol.

Hubs is a blamer too, and definitely in denial. Choose your battles. Some aren’t worth the effort. Hope you catch a break soon.
