I give my wife a suggestion of two options for breakfast lunch and dinner she will pick one for breakfast it's scramble eggs with cheese or a bowl of oatmeal for lunch it's peanut butter sandwich or oven roasted turkey and cheese lettuce and tomatoes and for dinner it could be anything from polish sausage and pepper s and chuck s of tomatoes and mushrooms to beef lomeimnoodles with an Asian vegetable medley and for dessert banana nut bread or a slice of lemon cake or a bowl of sea salt Carmel ice cream. She lost 65 pounds from2020 to October 2021 but since we took her off the donazapil she bounces from 165 low end and 175 on a high end as far as memory goes she has declined slowly from 2018 to 2024 still got her cognitive functions thank God and let her dress herself wich sometimes I have to be the barer of bad news and tell her it's on backwards or inside out but as far as her eating goes I give her a couple options and she will choose one I say lettem eat whatever they want as long as there eating something is better than nothing

A proper weight is so critical for so many things! Everyone, including me, gives her to much junk.
