The person was treated in the hospital for pneumonia and heart issues. She's back in the NH today. They weren't pro-active about her condition while in the NH. Didn't diagnose with Pneumonia at NH.

@A myALZteam Member I know!!It's just that she's been there for a year and with the dementia a change like that could be really difficult. I agree with you though. Supposedly they took an exray and it was clear. 16 hours later in the hospital it showed pneumonia!

You might consider changing NH! Nurses should be raking vital signs, and observing for changed condition.
