I came across videos on YouTube about medicinal mushrooms. Lions Mane mushrooms are said to have nutrients that regrow brain and nerve cells. They are supposed to help with stress, anxiety, focus and memory as well as some other nutrients to fight against diseases like cancer, hypertension and diabetes along with exercise and a healthy diet. In other words, no processed foods. Only clean, whole foods. I am changing my diet to more of a vegan diet and exercise. I don't know if it's to late for my mother. She is in the severe stage or if she can even take the drops. It's not recommended if you are on blood thinners. I'm on blood pressure medication. I was taking aspirin. I stopped taking aspirin and started taking the drops, but I still take my regular blood pressure medication. I do see a drop in my blood pressure. I also noticed a difference in my gut from eating a vegan diet. When I try eating sugary or processed foods it doesn't agree with my gut.
