Go in to your settings and disable.

At the bottom of the email notification you can go to manage settings. I just did this myself as I had way too many emails coming in. It's amazing how many choices there are for the notifications!

I would have to call one of my grand children and invite them over or get instructions over the phone . I am not all that up on how these electronic work .🥴
