I remembered doctor told us not to drive . Around that time I noticed he was confused left and right , or could not see what I saw and I was hoping him not cause accident . But , He bumped into the car in front of him and oponent driver noticed something wrong with him and called police and police came to the house and gave him paper work for suspending his license , I was not home then but watched the video of the security camera and I called DMV, i told doctor that I didn’t want him to drive any more ,so docyor wrote not he should not drive to Dmv. I was relieved but then I had to deal with his anger and he is still angry . We didn’t sell his truck right then and it has been cursing us for 3yrs .
If you agree he should not drive ,sell the vehicle right away . That was my first mistake .. we recently moved his truck to my son’s house and told him it is under maintenance . He is still angry but hoping he forgets soon.
That's a good answer. So far mine is safe.
Ride with him that’s what I did till she was on wrong side of road. Gave car to Grandaughter so she could not see it. Told her she could hurt someone by driving
Hi Suzanne5, regarding your husband driving, you need to use your gut feeling. Then the hard part will be telling him he can't drive. My husband is still just getting into the real forget full stage, but is still driving the area around our neighborhood. Pretty soon tho I am afraid I will have to tell him no more. As Miko said, it's not easy. He is still a safe driver, tho I never liked his driving. & you can laugh at that. Hope this has helped.
