Which ones have the least side effects and which ones seem to be working? I'm clueless as to what doctors or prescribing for this with Alzheimer's.

Thank you so much for letting me know this it will help. I was on Seroquel years ago and it was horrible I now have restless legs syndrome permanently was on it for a really long time it helped with the sleeping issues but the more my dose was increased the more intense the side effects were. Thanks for letting me know that it was very little help with the delusions. God bless you and have a great day.

My husband is taking Seroquel , started with initial dose of 25mg a year ago. Delusion got worse, so we increased to 50mg but didn’t do much help so increased to 75 mg.. at night . He still has delusions … he doesn’t show much side effects yet . But I will talk to his psycologist as soon as he will be back from vacation and ask if he needs to try other kind of medication that I heard it might work better.. but it is up to doctor.
