Hubs is supposed to start on B12 according to his doctor to help with cognition. Doubt he will take it.

I take a daily vitamin on Monday only. 55 Alive. Lol. I’m 61

It really depends on what is low, my husband takes vitamin B 12 and vitamin E both are prescription strength.
