Both mom and hubs do that. I noticed it more with mom when she is trying to remember something. Hubs does it when he tries to decide what to do. Usually turns into a nap.

Yes my wife does it quite often. Sometimes I think she is napping but other times she is moving her foot to the music so obviously she just has her eyes closed.

My husband does this occasionally because he’s resting his brain, like taking a spontaneous nap.
