I had similar problem with my wife. Waking me up multiple times in the night hallucinating that someone was on the deck trying to get in the house. Doctor prescribed 1/2 mg Xanax at bedtime. That resolved the problem. She is asleep within 15 minutes and sleeps all night now.

Seroquell. Speak to neurologist.
Trazadone didn’t help
My
Husband. Sedatives and tranquilizers not good. The seroquel helps most nights. One 25 mg at 6 pm for sundowning. Two at 9 pm bedtime.
2 more if he wakes at 2 or 3 and is agitated.
I do not want to give him anything more right now.
It’s enough
