My husband inadvertently put my son down as the first POA for finance. It should have been me. I am his POA for healthcare - no problem, but the POA for Finance is a problem. There is a form that my son can fill out to change me to the POA for finance. Has anyone had to deal with this?

The court appointed me as my sister in law's guardian of person and a lawyer from hell as her POA. She is uncommunicative, vengeful, unempathetic, and inept. She wants me to throw her into assisted living like an old dog to a pound. Be careful involving the courts. You will be sorry.

Your question is broader than you might think. Best get legal advice if you can.
