I recently read where there is a lady that talks to people that are not there. Her mother had been diagnosed with the type of memory loss but I can not remember the name. Can someone help me with this. I deal with this a lot with my spouse.
I think most everyone with dementia will eventually talk to someone not there, that part of the disease, but Lewy Bodies is the most likely, but everyone is different, ❤️
It’s part of hallucinating which is common at an advanced stage of Alzheimer’s disease.
It has happened to me and it was my medication.
Thank you. My spouse does this a lot. He used mumble to himself now he just talks out loud
Upsets me. Thank you again
Hallucinations, with seeing and hearing who/what is not there, is common with Lewy Bodies dementia.
