Thank you
My husband is suffering from MCI but it has progressed. Two weeks ago he may have had problems knowing what day it was or what we were going to do that day but nothing too concerning. Within the past two days he wants to go home (he is home), he doesn't recognize the rooms in the house although he says his other house has the same floor plan. I'm a caregiver for my Mom and concerned about my own memory loss. Not sure if it's just "busy" me doing too much. But curious is I should go for baseline testing.
Here is a link to a self test for dementia. Be sure to validate the results with a medical professional before taking any action.

I am fully aware that each patient is unique with this disease. I still would appreciate hearing your own experiences. From the time that symptoms were first observed how and when was the diagnosis made? Then after that how many years did it take for the disease to progress to its more advanced or final stage?
Thank you.
My husband has the light box so far I see no difference
If so, could you reply with details for links to more information? Thanks!
