Kathy, I recently bought a full spectrum light box from Verilux and we are using it each morning during breakfast. My husband doesn't like bright lights but I have been telling him it is suppose to help us with our health during the winter. He is finally accepting it. I am keeping notes to see if it helps to keep him calmer in the afternoon.

Hi Kathy, there was some discussion recently about the use of lights. I haven’t tried it myself as I’m still trying to figure out which one and where to place it.
Some mentioned their loved one was annoyed by the light and they had to try different approaches to get them to accept it. Others mentioned they used it with success, especially this time of the year, with the shorter days and less sun.
I’ve googled it and there’s good info out there... how close you need to be to the light, how long, what time of day, etc.
Maybe too much info, that’s why I’m having trouble deciding.
If you get one before I do, let us know what you think.
