At top of this (Alll Activity) page there are 3 orange boxes....click on middle one (looks like a tag) then click on 1 of 3 choices re your day. Type in your post then press orange arrow on right to post.....hope this is what you meant.
When someone post there up dates there should be a comment underneath what they have said.
