The book is called Contented dementia.
I have read the book and it is helpful but nothing prepares you it so cruel mum on end of life and although I know what the book says it still dosent make it easy xx all I can say is treasure the good moments xxx
@A myALZteam Member Late stages seem to vary more among our loved ones. Bone health, physical fitness and capabilities, personality, plus falls, broken bones, etc. seem to take each person down their individual path. This makes it hard to give specific steps to ease the challenges we face in late stages. I appreciate having this group to share thoughts, ideas, & frustrations. I would have found this book very helpful when I discovered my mom had dementia in 2004. The journey with my mom helped me identify the start of Alzheimer’s in my sister in 2011. After the first stages, the path has been very different. Blessings and peace to you, my friend.

Thank you for your feed back knowing what I know now and reading this book I think it's a book to read early on in this journey we are traveling with this cruel disease.
Hugs and prayers to you and your loved ones.
Hi Betty1
Thank you for your feed back I agree with you with what I have read so far.
I to think it is a good insight in early to mid stages of dementia but end of life is different for everyone.
Hugs prayers and blessings to you.
I will look into that too !
